By booking with us, you accept these terms.
2. Our service
- Collection at your home, office or hotel by licensed phlebotomists.
- Testing at Thumbay Labs, accredited by the College of American Pathologists.
- Every report reviewed and signed by a UAE-licensed physician.
- Reports in Arabic and English.
- We cover Dubai and the Northern Emirates.
3. Who can book
Adults can book for themselves. A parent or legal guardian can book for anyone under 18 (The Growth Baseline), and must be present at the collection.
The Mother Baseline sits alongside your antenatal care, not instead of it.
4. Booking
A booking request isn't confirmed until we confirm it on WhatsApp.
Please give accurate details and follow the preparation guidance (fasting, pausing biotin, avoiding hard training). If you don't, your results may be affected and we may need to rebook.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are in AED and include home collection and a physician-signed report. A clinician consultation is AED 300.

6. Rescheduling, cancellations and refunds
You can reschedule for free up to 12 hours before your slot. For full details, see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
7. On the day
The phlebotomist will confirm your identity and consent, and may pause or decline a draw if it isn't safe.
Mild bruising, discomfort or light-headedness can happen.
If a sample can't be taken or the lab can't use it, we'll arrange a redraw: [to be confirmed].
8. Results and reports
Turnaround times are estimates: most results arrive within 24 hours, and The Food Baseline takes 3 days. Delays can happen.

9. Medical information
Reports inform and screen. They don't diagnose or replace your doctor, and screening markers are prompts for further investigation.
This service is not for emergencies: call 998. If a result needs urgent attention we'll try to reach you, so please keep your number up to date.

10. Consultations
A consultation is 20 minutes with one of our clinicians to talk through your report. It isn't an emergency service, and they may advise you to see your own doctor.
11. Partners
Group testing for gyms and teams, and referrals from doctors and clinics, are covered by separate agreements. Individuals' results are shared only with their consent.
12. Our liability
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill.
We're not liable for indirect losses, or for decisions made without medical advice. Where the law allows, our total liability is limited to the price you paid.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.
13. Intellectual property
The website and report designs are ours. Your report is yours to keep and share.
